The owner of Precision Time is responsible for the protection of the personal information we hold. You can reach us at privacy@precisiontime.ca.

When you use our website we also record limited technical information, such as your IP address, to keep the site secure.

Submitting our contact form requires confirming that you have read this policy and our Terms and Conditions. The email and SMS checkboxes on that form are optional and cover messages that are not about an active repair.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting privacy@precisiontime.ca.

We photograph timepieces as part of our repair and documentation process, and may use those images to show examples of our work. Images shown publicly do not include your name or contact details.

If you prefer that images of your timepiece not be shown, tell us and we will not use them.

We use your email address or phone number to reply to you and to send updates about your repair. Promotional messages are sent only if you opted in, and include a way to unsubscribe.

SMS messages are not active yet. If we enable them, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We use service providers for website hosting, data storage and message delivery, and information may be stored or processed outside Quebec.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above and for our legal and business records. Technical records kept for security are retained for a limited period.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your display preference and your response to the cookie notice are stored in your own browser.

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information against loss and unauthorized access.

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you and to have it corrected if it is inaccurate. You may also withdraw your consent. Write to privacy@precisiontime.ca.

We may update this policy. The current version is always posted on this page.
